Enquiry & package selection — Contact us for a free consultation. Choose a family package (family rooms, child rates, family transfers) or a business package (flexible flight times, private transfers, quiet rooms, meeting/office support). We’ll recommend dates and hotels based on your priorities.
Eligibility & pre-registration — For Hajj, Bangladeshi pilgrims must follow the government pre-registration and quota process; we will register you through the official channels and an authorized agent. We explain quota timelines, fees and required IDs.
Document checklist & support — We prepare and verify all documents: passport copy (validity guidelines), passport photos, national ID/NID, marriage/birth certificates if needed, and any forms required by the Saudi/ Bangladesh authorities. We also confirm any additional category requirements (women, minors, elderly) and help you collect supporting papers.
